Weston City Hall: 954-385-2000, 17200 Royal Palm Blvd. Open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Weston runs on a commission-manager form of government: the elected City Commission sets policy and the appointed City Manager runs the city. The city contracts out much of its work, so police and fire come from the Broward Sheriff’s Office and planning, zoning and code enforcement from Calvin, Giordano and Associates.

The City Commission
The commission is the mayor and four commissioners, all elected citywide to four-year terms. Each commissioner must live in the seat’s residential area. Commissioners do not have offices at City Hall; reach them through 954-385-2000. The commission meets at City Hall, generally on the first and third Monday of each month at 7 p.m.
