The typical Weston home was worth $718,627 in September. That is $167 less than in August, and the sixth monthly drop in a row.

The figures come from the Zillow Home Value Index, which Zillow Research updated Oct. 16. The index estimates the value of a typical home in the middle third of the market, whether or not it sold. It is smoothed and seasonally adjusted. It is not a sale price.

What it means for you

  • If you are selling, the typical Weston home is worth about $9,700 less than a year ago. The latest monthly drop was $167, so prices look close to leveling off, not falling faster.
  • If you are buying, Weston is still the most expensive city in this group after Southwest Ranches. Values are about 5% below their 2025 peak.
  • If you rent, the typical asking rent is about 1% higher than a year ago. A renewal far above that is above the middle of the market.
  • If you are watching your tax bill, the Broward County Property Appraiser sets values for tax purposes, not Zillow. The city raised its tax rate this year; see our story on the new rate and our property taxes page.
