Attendance zone and feeder schools

Check any address with the district’s Find My School tool or the Manatee Bay zone map (PDF). Comparing the district’s attendance boundaries with Broward County’s address file:

  • About 70% of the addresses in the zone are in Weston, 15% in Southwest Ranches and 14% in Pembroke Pines. In Weston, it covers most of the south of Savanna and the southwest of the city.
  • Weston part: goes on to Falcon Cove Middle, where it makes up about 29% of the middle school’s zone, and then to Cypress Bay High.
  • Southwest Ranches and Pembroke Pines part: goes on to Silver Trail Middle and West Broward High.

The district’s boundary data is labeled for 2025-26. None of the School Board’s Jan. 21 boundary decisions for 2026-27, listed in the district’s May 12 Redefining Our Schools update (PDF), changes Manatee Bay’s own zone. Two of them involve the schools its southern part feeds: Walter C. Young Middle’s feeder pattern was aligned to Silver Trail Middle, and Charles W. Flanagan High’s to West Broward High. The district’s Oct. 6 workshop presentation (PDF) proposes, for the next round, moving Walter C. Young’s students to Pines 6-12 and Silver Trail Middle or to a new 6-12 school at Flanagan; it does not name Manatee Bay, Falcon Cove or Cypress Bay. The board’s final vote is set for Tuesday, Dec. 15.
