Breakfast in Weston clusters on Weston Road, where Einstein Bros., Westside Bagels, Offerdahl’s, Pan Pa’ Ya, Little Hen and a Starbucks are spread along the road from 1356 to 4579 Weston Road. Weston Town Center has Café Bastille, The Cheese Course and another Starbucks within a block, and Glades Circle has Dunkin’ and Caffe Gourmet.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Weston’s city limits, the same records that feed our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on 2026-10-11. We added places the map missed from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s restaurant inspection records and the Weston Town Center dining directory. Starbucks hours come from its own store finder. Three places have no website we could find and are listed because the state inspected them in August or September 2026. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. A place can write to us to correct its entry.

Café Bastille, 1660 Market St. A French-style cafe serving breakfast, brunch and lunch at any hour, with other cafes in Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale, according to its locations page.

Caffe Gourmet, 2600 Glades Circle. A cafe in the Glades Circle shops, inspected by the state on Aug. 6, 2026.

The Cheese Course, 1679 Market St. A cheese shop and cafe whose menu says breakfast dishes are served from opening until noon every day, with a weekend brunch.

Dunkin’, 2575 Glades Circle. The coffee and doughnut chain’s Weston store, inspected by the state on Sept. 2, 2026. Its store page did not load for us.

Einstein Bros. Bagels, 1356 Weston Road. The bagel chain’s store at Weston Road and Indian Trace, with bagels, coffee and breakfast, catering and delivery.

Hila Healthy Coffee, 2382 Weston Road. A coffee shop inspected by the state on Aug. 14, 2026. It takes orders online but we found no website of its own.

Little Hen, 4579 Weston Road. An English-inspired breakfast and brunch restaurant with afternoon tea. It takes reservations on Resy.

Offerdahl’s Off-the-Grill, 2274 Weston Road. A South Florida grill chain that calls itself an all-day neighborhood grill, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner on weekdays.

Pan Pa’ Ya, 2362 Weston Road. A Colombian bakery and cafe that says it imports most of its baked goods from Colombia. It takes online orders for pickup.

Starbucks, three stores. The Town Center store is at 1739 Main St., the Lakes Plaza store at 310 Indian Trace and the Griffin and Weston store at 4503 Weston Road. All three list cafe seating, outdoor seating and mobile ordering.

Westside Bagels, 2310 Weston Road. A bagel shop inspected by the state on Sept. 10, 2026. We found no website of its own.
