Weston’s bakeries line Weston Road: Einstein Bros. near Indian Trace, Westside Bagels, Buddie’s and Pan Pa’ Ya in the 2200 and 2300 blocks, and Panera Bread at the south end near Griffin Road. Bonjour Bakery is on its own on North Park Drive.
How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Weston’s city limits, the same records that feed our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on 2026-10-11. The map had no bakeries tagged in the city, so the shops here were added from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s restaurant inspection records and confirmed on their own sites where they have one. Three have no website we could find and Panera’s store page turned away our check; we list them because the state inspected each between July and September 2026. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. A place can write to us to correct its entry.

Bonjour Bakery, 1435 N. Park Drive. A French bakery and cafe, by the name on its online ordering page, inspected by the state on July 28, 2026. It takes online orders through an ordering service; we found no website of its own.
Buddie’s Bakery, 2222 Weston Road. A bakery licensed by the state and inspected on Aug. 3, 2026. We found no website of its own.
Einstein Bros. Bagels, 1356 Weston Road. The bagel chain’s store at Weston Road and Indian Trace, with bagels, coffee and breakfast, plus catering.
Pan Pa’ Ya, 2362 Weston Road. A Colombian bakery brand that says it imports most of its baked goods from Colombia. The Weston bakery is one of three in South Florida, with Doral and Pembroke Pines, and takes online orders for pickup.
Panera Bread, 4547 Weston Road. The bakery-cafe chain’s Weston store, inspected by the state on Sept. 18, 2026.
