Most of Weston’s Asian restaurants are on Weston Road, where Katana, Masan and Myung Ga share the 1900 block, Suri is at the north end and Moon Thai and Sushiato are farther south. Weston Town Center has Japan Inn and Yum Korea on Market Street, Indian Trace has Ceviche Arigato, and POC is on Bonaventure Boulevard and Shibuya Sushi Art on Glades Circle.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Weston’s city limits, the same records that feed our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on 2026-10-11. We added places the map missed from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s restaurant inspection records and the Weston Town Center dining directory. Three places have no website we could find and one site turned away our check; we list them because the state inspected each between August and September 2026. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. A place can write to us to correct its entry.

Katana’s site showed no Sunday hours when we checked, and Masan’s lists Sunday as starting at 11:30 p.m. and ending at 9:30 p.m., an apparent typo, so call either before a Sunday visit. Yum Korea’s phone is from its OpenStreetMap record.

Ceviche Arigato, 288 Indian Trace. A Peruvian-Japanese Nikkei restaurant serving ceviches, sushi rolls, saltados and tapas, with a second restaurant in West Palm Beach. It takes reservations and pickup orders.

Japan Inn, 1798 Market St. A sushi, Japanese and Thai restaurant that cooks hibachi steak and seafood at the table, with other restaurants in Plantation, Doral and Boynton Beach. It serves dine-in and takeout.

Katana Cocina Nikkei, 1952 Weston Road. A Japanese-Peruvian Nikkei restaurant with sushi rolls, ceviche and a happy hour menu. Its site says it has live music on some nights; call for the schedule.

Masan Asian Grill, 1924 Weston Road. An Asian grill for dine-in, takeout or delivery, according to its site.

Moon Thai & Japanese, 2818 Weston Road. A Thai and Japanese restaurant with other locations in Florida and North Carolina. It closes between lunch and dinner Monday to Thursday.

Myung Ga Tofu & Barbecue, 1944 Weston Road. A Korean restaurant whose name covers its two specialties, tofu and barbecue. Its site lists separate carryout hours.

POC American Fusion Buffet & Sushi, 1651 Bonaventure Blvd. A buffet restaurant that calls itself “non-traditional,” with dishes from around the world and sushi. It has a second restaurant in Coral Gables.

Shibuya Sushi Art, 2600 Glades Circle. A sushi restaurant whose own web address forwards to an online ordering page that turned away our check. The state inspected it on Sept. 14, 2026.

Sushiato, 4483 Weston Road. A sushi restaurant the state inspected on Aug. 27, 2026. Its old web address no longer carries a restaurant site.
